Eat Blueberry For Health!

Eat Blueberry for fantastic health benefits!

Along with Pomegranate juice and Beet juice, Blueberry is a wonderful addition to the daily diet for health.





According to a UEA and Harvard study, the anthocyanins present in blueberry help control high blood pressure (hypertension) and greatly help cardiovascular health. Anthocyanins are a type of flavonoids, which are also found in strawberries, blackcurrants, raspberries, aubergines, and blood orange juice. But, none is as effective for health as blueberry.

As with all fruits and vegetables, eating blueberry fresh is the best for health. Blueberry can be eaten in the raw form or in a juice form along with other vegetables and fruits. And, when juiced with other fruits and vegetables, you can see blueberry’s rich purple color will dominate the juice.
