LowerMyBills, owned by Experian, markets Mortgages, Loans, Insurance, Credit Cards and more online. You may have seen the ubiquitous LowerMyBills’ mortgage refinance ads online. The ads are marketing mortgage refinance with the Federal making home affordable refinance program (HARP).

Their ads never get boring or cause ad blindness. The trick, the ads are kept fresh with simple variations to the core ad of President’s making home affordable program.

Take a look.

First, a mortgage refinance ad (above) with a California lottery background. The core ad is nicely done with a mortgage refinance application theme that conveys the message.

Then, the same ad with minor text change.

Then a variation with different color and a nice touch with an interactive pen. As you mouseover the ad, the pen will follow the cursor around (not in the screenshot below).

Next, a slight change in text and a pink background which makes the ad really standout at any website.

Another ad variation with a parchment background, relates to the Government theme.

And, finally another interactive variation targeted to an older demographic.
