AppHQ, Cisco’s
empty app store, has had problems attracting developers. AppUp is suffering
from the same. AppUp is Intel’s empty app store.
Intel and Cisco would both like to be the “appstore for
enterprise”. But, without developers it won’t happen - the developers are all
focused on iOS and Android.
Intel and Cisco should merge their efforts to try to make it
a little more meaningful or get out of the business of running app stores.
